If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at zoomiesphere@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We offer returns or exchanges for items that are:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrectly shipped

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
